Don’t lose a single dive to minor equipment problems. Learn how to perform field repairs on your equipment and the proper care that it should have on a regular basis. In this course, we will cover basic and advanced operation, as well as field maintenance of regulator first and second stages, gauges, computers, low-pressure hoses, masks, fins, wetsuits, BC’s, hoses, tanks, lights, and more. We will also cover what really goes into a regulator overhaul. Join us with your own equipment to learn these valuable skills. We look at all types of scuba and diving equipment and review strengths, weaknesses, and importance to the world of diving. We discuss the history of scuba for full comprehension of product development and the future of design. We break down complex pieces of equipment to fully understand how it works. This helps a diver’s ability to fix problems while at a dive site. We also look at issues that are best to not try and solve while at a dive site for complexity and safety reasons.
