Accidents happen. There is very little getting around it. Even with scuba diving as safe as it is today things can still go wrong. The important part is that you have the skills and knowledge to react accordingly for a much higher chance of a positive outcome. Our Stress & Rescue Diver Course is designed to better prepare an open water or advanced open water diver for an emergency and will give you the skills and knowledge necessary to assist in the rescue of another diver… maybe your buddy. It also teaches you techniques to efficiently help yourself in panic situations while in the aquatic environment.

In order to complete your rescue certification you must have completed a First Aid, CPR & O2 class within the last two years.

*Note* This course only runs from May – October.

After checking the schedule check the other tabs to get some information on what to do before class. Once you’ve signed you’ll have access to the what to do before class form which is a great overview to prepare for class.  Remember, if you get stumped or if you have questions that aren’t answered by the website you can always call (617) 277-2216 or shoot us an email at Classes@thetrp.org.com and we’ll do our best to help
